Curious to hear and be inspired by what your current top 10 must-have condiments/seasonings are (salt and pepper excluded).
For me, recently, the following have to be in my kitchen at all times:
- Lemons (for juice and zest)
- Garlic
- Bay leaf
- Soy sauce (Sempio‘s Rich & Savory)
- Mirin
- Chili crisp oil (the Master brand from Taiwan)
- Oyster sauce
- Encona South Carolina Reaper sauce
- Mayo
- White miso paste
