Am I committing blasphemy??

I am a teenager and recently have been having intrusive thoughts and these thoughts have been saying things that are negative about Jesus and The Holy Spirit. I have been a Christian my whole life and love Jesus with my heart but I still have these intrusive thoughts that is making me anxious on where I am going with my relationship with Jesus. Will I be forgiven for these and will I be sent to hell for having these intrusive thoughts? I feel really anxious thinking that I will go to hell even if I do not mean what I am saying.
