In your honest opinion do you think Chicago could ever be saved, If so How?

I really think Chicago was destined to be fucked up due to how many large low income projects are all in close proximity and is a conceal carry state I don’t think the Mayor can do much even or after school programs but it probably was the best city before the violence for blacks
