Outside Rotations

I am curious. My old CFA did 1 hour rotations for iPOS, so if you were on iPOS you would be out there for an hour then someone would come outside to replace you. When you went in you usually picked up on what they were just doing. I’m at a new CFA and basically they either rotate you if you can’t stay out there anymore cause your exhausted OR the leader decided to rotate you. I was on iPOS for about 3 straight hours one time. I was also on cash cart for 5 hours straight (I know CC isn’t that bad so it’s not too crazy to be out there longer)

Long story short, I’m curious on how other CFAs rotate their iPOS and even Cash Cart and Expeditors?
