Any tips on mastering drinks during the rush?

As I've said in the title, I need tips. I really want to do well on these positions to be valuable inside and just to help out more. I am looking to be a trainer eventually or a drive-thru lead but I feel I need to master these positions before I can teach other people these. My store typically reaches 200 cars in our rush regularly so it's a big challenge being able to handle it myself.

I am curious to know your drinks layout. I have small cups, sweet and unsweet tea on my left, ice and sodas in the middle, and medium cups, lemonade and mango passion on the right. Sometimes I feel like this is a tough layout so what do you do to go faster!

TLDR: Any tips on mastering drinks, what drinks you put first, where are your tea and lemonade? What's the best way to make every moment productive?
