How are y’all doing it.

I noticed the townhome I lived in 2 years ago is now $1300 it was $750 in 2022. No way I would be able to afford that. So to the single people how do y’all do it?? Especially in Hixson…. I miss that place so much but there’s no where I could afford there now. I literally had to move back in with my sons dad on the mountain bc of this. It sucks.
