Has anyone had stomach issues from this?

I’ve been really sick the past few days and not getting better so I went on Target’s app and tried to find some gluten free cold and flu medicine. Target said this was gluten free on their app so I got it. I’ve been taking it since Tuesday and my stomach hasn’t been the same since. Now I’m to the point where I’m getting sulfur burps and very nauseated.

It doesn’t have a gluten free label on it which I thought they normally have, but I haven’t really thought anything of it. Has anyone had any problems with this?
