Annoyed- Not getting new cat skills

For the last 100 observatory tickets, I have not been getting any, ANY of the new stations skills starred cat. All of them are old as if I had just started playing. It is so annoying, i keep using the tickets and i am never getting the new stations like ginseng, coffee beans, sweet potatoes , pomegranate starred cats. It is very very annoying. Feels like wasted my gems and tickets for no reason. Might even stop playing due to the annoyance.
