Shopping in Lidl a bit worthless?

Hey!

Sorry if this has been asked before, I've found a couple of threads but just tends to be people talking about the stuff they buy in Lidl!

I did my shopping this week, just for myself, and a couple of house bits. Cost me €110. Now being honest, I'm trying to get into bodybuilder shape and do buy a fair bit of stuff like meat/yoghurts, but that cost weekly is just killing me. Even if it was like €20 cheaper I'd be happy.

I'm finding shopping in Lidl to be a bit worthless if I'm honest. They never seem to have any multi deals like 3 for X, and there seems to be no real rewards to shopping with them like dunnes/tesco with vouchers, Lidl plus is useless, and it's not exactly like they are the cheap alternative anymore with their pricing.

The only thing I'm struggling with would be losing out on their selection of own brand stuff like 0% Greek Yoghurt, minerals etc.

Has anyone made the switch? If so, where to and would you recommend?
