What the heck/why?🥺

What the heck happened to my Apple Crumble? It is a photo flower plant, I've been using Fox Farms big bloom along with calmag, ran outta fox farms and started using my Alaskan fish fert I use on my houseplants, 12/12 light cycle, occilating fan on low 24/7, humidity around 67%ish (run a dehumidifier most of the time). She looked amazing, flipped her to flower mid october, November 4th she was starting to stack beautifully, then shit went sideways and I'm not sure what happened or why. If anyone has any answers or advice that'd be great. It's the only plant that has done this. I have another photoflower applecrumble growing that is immaculate, I'll put her pics in the comments, she's a beaut.
