is this infected?
I commonly get canker sores due to stress from school but I’ve never had them this big and hurt this bad. The canker sores are also accompanied by a mild fever, I can’t properly talk and eat without my mouth hurting like hell. I’ve had the canker sores for 4 days and have been treating them appropriately daily by using warm saltwater, antiseptic mouthwash, drinking a half gallon of water, and applying orajel. Is there anything else I can do to get them to go away? Do they look infected? I saw a doctor and was prescribed acyclovir but have never been diagnosed with herpes. I’ve never had canker sores with red barriers around them or this painful, the tongue one is the biggest pain in the ass.
