Good Cameras For a Beginner?

I would like to start going outdoors and taking nature pictures but am not sure what camera to buy.😭 I want a camera that can capture nature in a really crisp and beautiful way. My budget is on the lower end ($500) I was thinking about the Sony Zv-1f or the canon powershot sx740hs but am open to others and want to make sure that I’m making the best possible decision before I buy. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
