Pharmacy Voicemail

My local CVS is sending all patient calls to voicemail and not returning the call. I had to go into the store to verify some information. While waiting in line there was another customer complaining about the same thing.

Not everyone can go into the store everytime they have a concern. I'm pretty sure there is a state law that a pharmacy must have a pharmacist available by phone. Not returning calls seems like a violation.
