[MP] Trying to turn the Dragunov into a useable midrange weapon (loadout request)

I have a track record of spending loads of time leveling up guns to make the most cursed builds, and some have actually done fairly well. Is there anyway I could make the Dragunov good as a more midrange weapon? I’m thinking stuff that would limit recoil and greatly improve ADS.
