Chromecast/FireTV alternative?

I pretty much only use my TV for YouTube, Arte and some other Streaming Services. Are there any european alternatives for Chromecast? I would love to connect it to my smart home and sell my Google Nest Hub and Chromecast. Thanks in regards.
