Almost migrated everything - Need a note and shopping list

EDIT: Found Todoist as a alternative to Microsoft to-do and it's from Portugal

Hello, I've migrated most of my services away from US, but I'm not sure which product to use instead of Microsoft OneNote and Microsoft To-Do, I use To-do as a shopping list on my android that syncs with my girlfriends phone, so we have the same list.

Sidenote: I don't know how to replace: youtube, facebook, Messenger and Google Pay either.

Imdb -> Film Affinity / England

Google Contacts on phone -> Samsung / South Korea
