Anyone else felt like DW did horrible on the Brett situation?

Aside from the sad news that Brett is leaving, I wonder how much of the original rumors are true (I am referring to the dude who said DW is not parting in friendly terms with Brett.) This for sure is more amicable than Candace's departure, which none of her colleagues acknowledged besides Boreing ( Matt and Andrew's tweeted on X about Brett.)

However, if Brett knew she was leaving and it was friendly, why couldn't they prepare her way out with more specials, farewell episodes, maybe an episode of Raegan and Brett together discussing the changes, or, I don't know, a separate episode just for Brett to say goodbye? What the heck was that farewell last video combined with the JAyZ news? Mental.

Brett's presence in DW deserved at least a farewell party, not this bittersweet 'Thanks, next.'
