How to sleep after a break-up
I just recently got out of three year relationship. I get so anxious when I lay down and close my eyes. It feels like my chest is about to burst and I go into a panic. The only thing I can do to alleviate it is to get up, get some air, and cry about it. It’s a cycle that doesn’t let me sleep.
Has anyone experienced this? How have you gone about to stabilize? I’m so destabilized and just want to sleep to feel a little better.
