So about guts speed?

I saw some youtube short video debate about guts and one of the comments talked about guts being lightspeed do to him dodging a spear of light?. I have read the manga twice and i really don’t remember him ever doing that, the closest i have seen him doing something like that is this panel of him dodging lightning but that isn’t light, thoughts?
