Is this bed bug waste?

Is there anything discerning about bed bug waste? It was very hard to find clear photos online. I only worry because my partner had bedbugs a few weeks back and I had been over prior to the discovery. I don't have any other signs of bed bugs as I checked in my bed frame and mattress, everywhere else on my sheets is spotless.
