Bulungan / Pamamanhikan

How does pamamanhikan work??? I mean, I grew up in Batangas and alam ko gaano kahalaga as part of the tradition 'yung traditional bulungan sa atin. Pero since maliit lang family namin, and wala na 'yung mga matatandang lalaki sa family ko, hindi ko alam paano and ano ba ginagawa don.

Please share your story -- like pano ginawa niyo and all. We want to have a traditional pamamanhikan where my BF (who is also a Batangeño) will come sa bahay with all the foods, etc. Pero after that, what will happen???
