What’s awaiting closing?

After a somewhat traumatic process, I’m finally discharged, but it says awaiting closing. What does that mean? I just don’t want any more surprises. Can I finally have a sigh of relief? Thank you so much to Alan, Gunner and others who help me through the last year when I had so little communication from my own lawyer.
