Is my purge wiper broken?

I just noticed that my A1 seemed to be purging filament out on the wrong side of the wiper. I tried resetting the wiper to the fully reset position, but it doesn’t seem like it will go all the way to the end. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to get a new part?
