working moms- have your babies rolled over yet?

this is a very specific and odd question 😂 I’m just seeing so many babies rolling over (from back to tummy) at 3months+, my LO is 4months and can’t roll over by herself yet tho she looks like she’s really trying and will get there in (hopefully) 2-3 weeks time.

I know tummy times are useful and help speed up rolling over, but i’m working.. i don’t have time to put her in tummy time for like 1 hour a day. she’s probably on tummy time like 5-10 minutes a day (basically just one session)

my question for working moms is, how do you find the time to play with your baby? and have they rolled over lol
