Extreme tiredness at end of first trimester? Need help if this is normal!
So, I'm currently at ~13weeks, just crawling out of the hell hole that was the first trimester. I had nightmares and insomnia and was pretty much on edge of panic throughout my 12 weeks. But suddenly as i entered my 13th week, i feel like I've never slept as much in my entire life! Like last night I slept roughly 11 hrs, then after breakfast i was out like a light again at 12 30pm till 2 30pm. Its been like this for the past couple of days. I'm concerned if this is normal or I might have some sort of deficiency? I'm already on calcium, iron, vitamin D, folate supplements, and my OBGYN advised progesterone 200mg twice a day for my small subchorionic hemorrhage (1.9*6mm). I was pretty sedentary before getting pregnant, but i do have an anxiety disorder and I'm epileptic as well ( well controlled with Keppra 1000mg), so I've never slept this deeply in a long time lol. Is it the growing baby, the hormones, the supplements, or some sort of deficiency? I'm so confused if this is normal, because i work a full time job as a consultant, and have WFH approved, as well as opted out of important projects to keep up with this rollercoaster of a pregnancy. Please share some of your experiences with energy levels and sleep at the end of first trimester, because misery loves company :)
