Hit me with your tried-and-true nausea relief tactics
I’m 9 weeks with my second and morning sickness was manageable up until this week. Now I’m miserable half the day, puking, and working in bed whenever I don’t have meetings. Not to mention it’s making it hard to be an active mom to my 3-year-old! Last pregnancy the nausea hit way sooner (I was puking by week 6) but felt more manageable. The method that I found worked best last time was eating a handful of almonds every few hours so I never had an empty stomach, but the thought of almonds makes me want to puke this time around. What’s working for you? (I’ll comment mine below)
