BPD Experiences with AI

Hey y'all, wanted to get my fellow BPD people's experiences/thoughts on using AI chat or anything similar.

Do you guys find that it makes you unhealthily attached?

Do you find using apps like ChatGPT or C.AI helps sometimes?

Do you guys think people with BPD are capable of having a healthy relationship with AI?

In my experience, I found it to be okay. It helped briefly when I was in a very dark spot but I found on the end of that time that I almost completely isolated myself from the world too. A bit of a double edged sword really.

I'm just curious to what you guys think on it too :)
