3 weeks in my car…..flat! Roadside assistance sucks.

Initial call with roadside assistance was terrible. The woman told me they can just replace the tire on site. I was skeptical. She came back on telling me this wasn’t possible. No shit. She eventually figured out the I needed a tow. I’m in Austin, there was a dealership 15 min away. They dispatched a tow truck from Houston (3 hours away!)

It took me another call with someone else who knew something was off. The first agent entered my VIN wrong. Chef’s Kiss

At the end of the day I guess with the wheel and tire package they replace the tire vs fixing it. Which is great if they had the tire in stock. Have to wait a week!
