Effects from eggs and dairy?

If you can't tolerate eggs and/or dairy (even goat), what kind of effects do you tend to see? I am on an animal based diet now, but am currently consuming goat cheese, goat butter and eggs. Feeling much better but still struggling with some pain and bad fatigue only in luteal phase. It's so hard to cut out the eggs and dairy, but perhaps I need to. Just wondering what kind of difference it has made to some of you.
