Do I tell her preemptively that I'm not interested sexually or is this weird?

Okay, I met a woman through work, that I want to be friends with, as she has some similar interests and she is also autistic. I want to make it sure she knows I have no sexual interest in her, so interacting with me is not creepy. Do I tell her so, or would that be creepy, in itself?

I'm currently in a phase of intense dissociation so figuring out stuff like that is a legitimate problem for me.
