What do you call this breed of dog?

Australian here. I’ve been following this sub for a few months and it only just occurred to me that there aren’t many posts calling them what we call them.

Over here they are heelers. If someone asked what dog you have you’d either say a blue heeler or a red heeler.

Do people outside of Australia use this term or do you just say Australian cattle dog?
