How do I get the names with the tracking info?

I filled out multiple custom declaration forms for packages shipping internationally so I could get the QR code for the post office to print labels. The one problem I have now is multiple tracking numbers without a name to them and I could not find any info on MyPost Business page. Unless I am looking in the wrong place? I have the customs reference number for the orders, anywhere I could put them to help match some info with the tracking number?
