Irish Guinness Stew - recepie please ?

HI! I've been in Ireland last summer. I've tried Irish Stew in Kilkenny and even with Jardineira in Portugal (a Portuguese stew), the Irish Stew I've tasted is just A LOT better. I've already tried follow a random recipe I've found online but it wasn't nothing compared to the one I've tasted in Ireland... So, what I would like to ask you is: can you please help me? Do you have a recipe that you suggest?
