can I go from this to this ?

Hi. Been wanting to ask this for a long time, i really wanted to go a little bit lighter, and i was wondering if i could ? For context, i went to a hairdresser 1y ago for a coloration, and did nothing since. (I have a little pink hair strand but nothing more) do you think my root color could stop me from having the same color and highlights as the previous pictures? Thanks !
