Gourami bladder issues

I have a gourami in a cycled 10g planted tank all parameters look good with no ammonia and nitrite, ph is 7 and everything else is ideal ranges, my dwarf gourami has been going to the surface a lot today and either blowing bubbles or floating at a sideways angle. He only does this for a second and when he swims around afterwards he looks entirely normal and has no issues getting around or with stability, what could be wrong? Is he just being weird or is this an issue?
