How to get my family out of the US?

I'm sure lots of people have this question in this group but looking for some specific experiences or advice from expats etc.

A little background to make any advice easier.....

Married with three younger school-aged kids. Both my husband and I have degrees in teaching and School counseling. My husband has a masters in instructional design, although he honestly has not used that degree as he has been working in education, training and claims/benefits roles for about 10 years.

I currently work in HR, but just started that career 2 years ago, so not a ton of experience yet. We both also have lots of retail/service experiences. Hard workers and willing to learn - would also continue schooling if needed for a different type of career.

We are looking to relocate out of the US as many are. We unfortunately do not have any family that lives abroad. We went as far as to trace our lineage but all of our grandparents were born here. We do have great grandparents that were born abroad but from what I have found, that is too far back to apply for a lineage Visa.

Our Dream would be to get jobs while still in the US remotely that would allow us to relocate on a work visa - everything that I've researched it seems that is the easiest way.

Does anyone have advice on the following, or locations that meet what we are hoping for:

*Best companies to work for while in the US that would allow a relocation of the family - livable wage

*safe places to raise a family

*strong education system

*women's equality And health is a priority

  • be able to communicate in English while learning a new language

  • any countries that allow lineage visas/citizenship based on great grandparents?

I appreciate any thoughts or advice, good or bad. We want to make the move before the end of 2025 - if we make it that far.
