What’s the best way to clean these ear cushions and how loose should the mesh inside be I got these used but never seen new cushions so don’t know how firm it’s ment to be

I was just going to get a tooth brush and dish soap and is there any good replacements some are too thick and also not a fan of protein leather might just cough up the 70 for factory ones
