Meps disqualification

So I have pretty bad toenail fungus. Have had it since I was a kid on about 6 toenails. I'm 17 now and planning on joining the AF when I'm about 19 or so. I just heard toenail fungas can be a dq and I have wanted to get rid of it for a while so I might get prescribed a oral treatment of Terbinafine. If I were to take this and treat my fungus, could they dq me or something for taking that prescription? Or am I just paranoid?
