Upstairs neighbor says his floors are glacial.
First of all I must say I live in Canada and winters can get really cold so every apartment has its own heating via baseboard heaters.
My upstairs neighbor has already knocked on my door two times since the beginning of december to complain about me not heating my apartment and completly closing the heating while I'm out on trips.
Thing is, I've not been on any trips and I'm home everyday. The heating is set to 22 celcius and I barely never touch it. He doesn't seem to believe me and said he could tell when I was home or not. He said that he would make an inquiry to the electricity provider company and that would prove what he was saying.
I don't know how much the heating of my apartment should impact the temperature of his floors. But I think it's basically impossible for it to be has glacial has he says and me being confortable living here...
I'm guessing my question is should I involve the landlord, try to prove him wrong by myself or should I just tell him to fuck off.
