pharmacy won’t give me my medicine

has anyone else had problems with their pharmacy not being able to give them the medicine even after you complete the ipledge? i completed my comprehension questions on a Tuesday and life happened and i wasn’t able to pick it up til Thursday. so i go and ask for a refill and the pharmacist says it should be ready that friday. perfect, i swing by the pharmacy drive thru and ask for my medication, just for them to tell me, “sorry we won’t be able to dispense the medicine to you, it says it’s rejecting information on our end” and i ask why ofc and they have no clue. just wondering if this has happened to anyone else
