Rash or eczema ¿

I have it on both forearms and upper arms / shoulders & abdomen 😭 I know this is a common side effect I just want to know how to treat it. Seems like with a good amount of people it doesn’t stick around too long so crossing my fingers it doesn’t spread further🤞🤞

Any advice or product recs would be much appreciated!
