Add more perks

Perks that give you more ranged damage and update the melee damage to be a % and vice versa where you do less ranged and melee damage. Perks for earning more xp for ranged and melee unless there gonna do away with perks like wrinkly brain meat. But every perk like the +melee damage should be % and negative traits that make you do less of a damage type would make runs more specialized and interesting. Especially if theres a negative for like you do half melee or half ranged damage.
