Is it worth avoiding the x870e Wifi Nova?

With the amount of issues people are having on this specific board and comparatively less on other manufacturers, I am not certain I want to risk my new 9950x3D. I also have G Skill Flare RAM which I've heard can also not get along with Asrock.

Would current owners recommend potential buyers to go with a different board or are the current BIOS's ok? I'd need to build in the next few day, so whilst ASrock may eventually fix these issues, it's not something I can wait for.
