Considering the current issues on 9800x3D and Asrock boards, should I just choose a board from other brands?

I live in Bangladesh, bought 9800x3D from USA, serial number being CF 2448PGE. I am supposed to buy a motherboard this week, and in Bangladesh, only the Asrock X870 Pro RS Wifi is decently priced and has everything I'd want. MSI's boards are super, and I mean SUPER overpriced here. Right now, MSI X870 Tomahawk costs 100$ more than the Asrock X870 Pro RS wifi, which is crazy. If anything happens to the Hardware, it will be very difficult for me to deal with, especially since the CPU was bought from Amazon US. What do you suggest I do? Buy the Asrock X870 Pro RS Wifi or just skip Asrock boards? And yes, this is legit, I can provide more details about my 9800x3D if asked.
