I'm undecided.

I don't want to play on The Island anymore. I've lost the drive to explore and build here. I'm level 105 and just started artifact hunting for bosses.

Is there anything gained from beating the bosses/overseer and ascending that will be kept going into Ragnarok? Or am I better off just starting a new character there? I wouldn't mind fighting the Island bosses, but the grind to fight the Alphas is just....too much. It's not even the caves, those have been easy enough as long as I take it slow. It's the dino parts. I've spent my whole game stupidly throwing them away thinking I could just grind them all out later when I needed them. Now, I can't even find a Spino to kill(luckily I did save some fins so I'm halfway there on that one).

It's just...frustrating.
