7800x3D Cinebench score

Hi,

Most reviewers go about 18k score from cinebench R23.

Im only getting 17014 pts stock, when EXPO I enabled.

With PBO -35 curve my points go to 17500~

​

No thermal throttling. CPU sits at 72c (whole CPU package at 82c).

CPU boost is howering at 4820-4880 mhz allcore

Anyone got idea whats wrong?
