Meds shortages

this is so irritating. every other month my pharmacy is short on all methylphenidate meds, and my prescription expires before I can refill it and I run out of concerta. here we fuckin go again...my prescription expired today, I am once again paying for another meds review appointment with my doc, which will very likely result in the same issue at some point in the next 3 months. what the fuuuuck is the point of this?! all so I can reply to emails and text my brother back and vacuum my living room. I hate this so much 😭
