I can't be the only person with ADHD who hates sleeping.

I'm sure its not unique to ADHD people exclusively, but I have to imagine that ADHD ties into a lack of will to sleep somehow. I find personally that I've spent my whole life disliking the times I go to bed, disliking restrictions on entertaining things around bedtime (when I was younger), and just generally disliking trying to fall asleep. I feel like this has also led to me staying up crazy late, going nights without sleeping, and abusing caffeine. Btw, I'm not sure how much it matters, but I am unmedicated. What are your guys' experience with sleeping, and if any of you have strategies for coping I'd love to hear them.
