Buck is such a baby
I love Buck. I love Buck and Eddie together as friends, but sometimes Buck can be a baby. He overhears Eddie trying desperately to sublet his house, saying "everything that matters is in Texas" - meaning his son. But he doesn't need to take it so personally. He KNOWS Eddie loves him as a friend and Eddie could just be saying that as a way to appease the potential subletter and connect with them.
Either way, Buck fails to pull Eddie aside privately to talk to him to tell him how much this hurts him and is instead majorly passive aggressive to him in public when he next sees him at the firehouse. Grow up, mate. "This is my new best friend" he says about the dog. lol in front of Eddie. Then he mentions to Cap that he doesn't want to leave the dog home alone every day because he doesn't want the dog to think he is abandoning him. (Insinuating to Eddie that he is abandoning him) Then he spills the beans that Eddie is moving when Eddie explicitly said he didn't want anyone to know yet. Pouty Buck.
Eddie is leaving for his son... Buck should understand this as much as he will miss him. Buck acts so childish sometimes.
EDIT: wow got downvoted to hell for pointing out the obvious .... so you guys think Buck's behavior was OK? Getting Passive Aggressive with Eddie? Ruining the confidence Eddie had in him by spoiling the fact he was moving. This just shows me people love their their "Buddie"bond at all cost and they can't see separate behavior and when its being ridiculous.
