How to get 150+ kudos (if possible) leagues

Im at 108 and I need 153 for the diary. My regions are Desert, mort and asgarina. I’m not sure what activities I’m missing as 45 kudos seems a lot to get.

I’ve looked on the wiki the last things I can think of are trying to get those symbols from the dig site quest and possible the fossils? Any other suggestions?
